Spacious rooms with a kettle, coffee, and tea provided. Helpful and friendly staff who gave great recommendations on what to visit.- Very quiet location, perfect for a romantic escape.
The hotel was a bit far from the city center and popular attractions. Lack of selection for breakfast and dirty sheets.

within walking distance to piotrkowska street, only 2 km. 5 minutes on foot from u kretschmera where you could eat. location was marvelous, close to all attractions. we appreciated staff and breakfast and this apartment in general.

We had a great stay in an aparthotel located in the heart of Lodz. the spacious and well-equipped apartment offered a comfortable stay. the friendly staff, who spoke good English, provided excellent service. the breakfast included in the room rate was extensive, and they even cooked hot meals to order. the location was convenient, with supermarkets and a bustling high street nearby.
The wooden floors in our apartment were not stable and made some noise.

This hotel in Lodz is a real gem. the value for money is outstanding. You get so much for your price, including rooms with a kitchen that have all the facilities of your own house. Secondly, the location is very convenient, being directly beside the tram line and close to the city center. Lastly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are taken care of. Plus, the breakfast is delicious!

This hotel is excellent value for money, with spacious rooms that have all the facilities of your house, including a kitchen. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast is delicious and rich. The location, although in a somewhat unpleasant district, is very central, and you'll find everything you need close by.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we appreciated the amenities such as the kettle, coffee/tea, and bottled water. The daily change of towels and cleaning service were also a nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in this city. The location was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to have a restful stay.

This hotel in Lodz truly exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. Not only were the staff incredibly friendly, but they also provided discount vouchers which was a nice touch. The rooms were like a home away from home, with a fully-equipped kitchen and all the necessary amenities. The location directly beside the tram line made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
No negative aspect to mention, everything was great.

Spent Christmas at a cozy aparthotel next to the city center and it was fantastic! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the design of the rooms was unique. the hotel had a delicious breakfast that included freshly scrambled eggs and the rooms were kept impeccably clean. the location was perfect for exploring the city and was walking distance to many of the key sights.
the heating in the bathroom could not be regulated, which made it quite warm, and the air system was not functioning properly.
